Intestinal Inflammation

There is a definite connection between diet, pathogens and intestinal inflammation. Anything that creates intestinal heat will create a scenario for intestinal imbalances to occur. There is a host of factors that need to be examined.

Causes of Intestinal Inflammation: The first thing that causes intestinal inflammation is poor digestion due to food allergies. Allergies cause stagnation in the intestinal tract. Lingering intestinal parasites and bacteria along with poor gut integrity (microbiome) also play a major role as well. My book has an extensive chapter on this topic because of the wide perspective of the causes. Here are some important links to start to understand all that is encompassing.
